3 minute mexicorn Recipes

salsa, chicken broth, mexicorn, kidney beans, chicken, cooked (i like to just buy the roasted chickens at the deli and pull it apart), cheddar cheese (optional), sour cream (optional), red hot blues tortilla chips (optional, but highly recommended !)
