beef bones with marrow, oil, minced garlic, water, dry beef base (to taste), pearl barley, chopped onions, chopped celery, mixed small cubed vegetables (carrot, corn, beans, turnips etc.), cubed potatoes, heinz alphaghetti , pasta alphabets in tomato sauce

hormel refrigerated meatloaf & tomato sauce, crumbled (i use leftover homemade meatloaf), frozen mixed vegetables (any kind you like ), cream of mushroom soup (i use campbell s because i think it has the best flavor), instant mashed potatoes (i use real cooked potatoes and mash them myself and sometimes, i even cook sweet potatoes and mash tsp), cheddar cheese, ketchup (i only used heinz), brown sugar, water, mix all together well and top meatloaf before placing in oven if using homemade meatloaf
