baileys irish cream (liquor), banana liqueur, coco lopez, ice, chocolate syrup (hershey s brand for garnish)

vanilla ice cream (very soft ), chopped almonds (optional), amaretti cookies, crushed, chocolate chips, maraschino cherry, diced, heavy cream, brandy or 3 tbsp any dark liquor
