frozen chopped spinach, thawed and completely drained of any liquid, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, chopped, water chestnuts, chopped, garlic, finely chopped, parsley, chopped, lemon juice, pepper, salt to taste, artichokes could have been added also but i opted to omit them

chopped shallot, minced garlic, spinach , rinsed well, coarse salt & freshly ground black pepper, ripe hass avocadoes, chilled (1 large florida avocado), nonfat greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, sugar snap peas (optional), pumpernickel bread , cut into triangles (optional)
