worcestershire sauce, concentrated liquid crab boil (recommended ( zatarian s), apple cider, honey, beer, salt, ground allspice, cayenne, olive oil, minced garlic, turkey , rinsed well inside and out, patted dry, kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, chicken broth , as needed for bottom of roasting pan
