  • 1.5 lbs of broccolini (3 bunches)
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 Trim stems of broccolini and place 4 to 5-inch stalks into skillet
  • 2 Cover with water, put on cover and bring to a boil
  • 3 Add salt and reduce heat
  • 4 Simmer broccolini for 6 to 7 minutes until tender and bright green
  • 5 Drain the broccolini
  • 6 Return skillet to stovetop at medium heat
  • 7 Add oil, and then garlic. Cook garlic for 2-3 minutes
  • 8 Add broccolini to pan and cover in garlic.
  • 9 Remove from heat and serve.
