1. Trim stems of broccolini and place 4 to 5-inch stalks into skillet
2. Cover with water, put on cover and bring to a boil
3. Add salt and reduce heat
4. Simmer broccolini for 6 to 7 minutes until tender and bright green
5. Drain the broccolini
6. Return skillet to stovetop at medium heat
7. Add oil, and then garlic. Cook garlic for 2-3 minutes
8. Add broccolini to pan and cover in garlic.
9. Remove from heat and serve.
