  • 1 Preheat oven to 180c.
  • 2 Grease and line a loaf pan with baking paper (I make 2 smaller ones).
  • 3 Sift flours together and add sugar.
  • 4 In a separate bowl, combine banana's, eggs, milk and melted butter.
  • 5 Stir in thawed raspberries.
  • 6 Pour wet mixture into the flour and sugar and stir till combined.
  • 7 Pour into a loaf tin and cover with greased foil to stop over browning.
  • 8 Cook for 45 - 50 mins or until firm.
  • 9 Turn out once cool.
