  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup corn oil
  • 1 1/4 kg potatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • salt and pepper

  • 1 Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes of about 3 centimeters (about 1 1/2 ) Cut up the onions.
  • 2 Mix the mustard, honey, oil, salt and pepper.
  • 3 Then stir the mixture into the potatoes.
  • 4 Grease a large rectangular pan and spread the mixture into it.
  • 5 Bake at 200°C (about 375°F) for 50 minutes.
  • 6 After about 25 minutes, stir up the mixture.
