  • 1 Heat olive oil; add sausage; add garlic.
  • 2 Add kale and cook down.
  • 3 In a casserole layer the thinly sliced potatoes in bottom.
  • 4 Make 4 beds; put cod on top of potato layer; salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 Divide kale mixture 4 ways; top the cod.
  • 6 Juice the lemon over the cod.
  • 7 Pour wine and fish stock around.
  • 8 Cover with foil paper.
  • 9 Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
