1. Heat olive oil; add sausage; add garlic.
2. Add kale and cook down.
3. In a casserole layer the thinly sliced potatoes in bottom.
4. Make 4 beds; put cod on top of potato layer; salt and pepper to taste.
5. Divide kale mixture 4 ways; top the cod.
6. Juice the lemon over the cod.
7. Pour wine and fish stock around.
8. Cover with foil paper.
9. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
