  • 1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (3 oz) package lemon jell-o gelatin
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup cream

  • 1 Bring to boil one 15 oz. can (small) crushed pineapple, one cup water and 1/2 cup sugar.
  • 2 Add to this mixture one package lemon jello. Set in fridge to cool.
  • 3 When beginning to set, add 1/2 c walnuts chopped fine, 1 cup grated cheese, 1 cup cream (whipped quite stiff). Put into molds and let set.
