1. Soak oats overnight in 1/2 cup evaporated milk. This will break them down and make them eaiser to digest. You can skip this step.
2. In the morning, combine all the other ingredients in a pan and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Pour into a bowl and serve.:) NOTE: If you want more protein, add a scoop of protein powder or dry milk.
