1. Quickly brown meat in oil.
2. Add mushrooms and onions, cook, stirring until onions are tender- about 3 minutes.
3. Add broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and tomato paste.
4. Bring to a boil, and stir in rice.
5. Cover and remove from heat.
6. Let stand for 5 minutes.
7. Stir in sour cream.
