• 2 tsp maple syrup
• 1/2 cup espresso coffee, freshly prepared
• 3/4 cup milk
• cocoa powder , to dust

• 1 Put maple syrup in the bottom of a mug.
• 2 Foam & heat the milk.
• 3 Add the milk to the mug and then the coffee.
• 4 If you want the layered look as per the photo, pour the milk & coffee over the back of a spoon when adding to the mug.
• 5 Top with milk froth & dust with cocoa powder.
