1. potatoes, cut into 1 cubes boiled about 15 min, drain, cool
2. mix 1/2 plain greek yogurt with 1/2 mayo, 1T dijon mustard, 1T red wine vinegar
3. add 1-2 hard boiled eggs
4. pickle relish
5. shredded carrot
6. chopped green and red onion
7. celery chopped
8. mix together
