  • 1 chop veggies while pasta water heats up
  • 2 cook pasta
  • 3 put peas and carrots into colander
  • 4 drain pasta over peas and carrots to thaw/blanch
  • 5 rinse well with cold water to halt cooking
  • 6 combine all ingredients in a large bowl and chill until time to serve (an hour or so is best-if you need to chill longer, dress no more than an hour before serving or be prepared to add more dressing)
