  • 1 Preparation:
  • 2 Whisk eggs in a bowl.
  • 3 Place the bowl over warm water in another large bowl and whisk further. Add sugar little by little.
  • 4 When the egg mixture becomes light yellow, sift flour and add to the bowl.
  • 5 Mix the flour lightly in the egg mixture.
  • 6 Mix butter in warm milk.
  • 7 Add mixture of melted butter and milk in the batter and stir gently.
  • 8 Preheat the oven in 350-degree.
  • 9 Place baking wax papers inside of a round cake pan (18cm).
  • 10 Pour the batter in the pan and bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes.
  • 11 Remove the cake from the pan and cool it on a rack.
  • 12 Cut the cake in half horizontally.
  • 13 Mix heavy cream and sugar in a bowl.
  • 14 Whip the cream well.
  • 15 Take the half of the whipped cream and mix with chopped fruits.
  • 16 Place the cream on top of a round cake slice.
  • 17 Place another cake slice on top of the cream.
  • 18 Spread the rest of the whipped cream on top and around the cake.
  • 19 Decorate the cake with colorful fruits and Christmas decorations.
