  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp chives
  • 1/4 tsp sage

  • 1 Clean 1 pound of fresh mushrooms by wiping with damp towel.
  • 2 Slice mushrooms, stem and all, to the size you like.
  • 3 Sauté in pan with butter, oil and garlic for 5 minutes.
  • 4 Add herbs and continue cooking until mushrooms are tender, yet firm.
