  • 1 In a bowl, beat eggs and add milk. Add beef and Italian sausage. Mix together. Add rest of ingredients and mix until combined. Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F. for 15 minutes. Add to crock pot.
  • 2 Sauce
  • 3 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 4 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 5 1 small onion chopped
  • 6 1/2 C. green pepper
  • 7 1/2 C. beef broth
  • 8 1/3 C. water
  • 9 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 10 1 t. oregano
  • 11 1 t. salt
  • 12 1 t. sugar
  • 13 1/2 t. pepper
  • 14 Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over the meatballs.
  • 15 Cover and cook on Low for 4 - 5 hours
