  • 1 You Will Need:
  • 2 /2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 /4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 4 /4 cup Olive Oil
  • 5 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 7 tablespoons Minced Green Onions (White and Green Parts)
  • 8 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 9 teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 10 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 11 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 12 Two 1 1/2 lb. Beef Flank Steaks, trimmed of any fat
  • 13 Here's What You Do:
  • 14 Combine all ingredients except for the flank steak in a Ziploc bag.
  • 15 Shake well to incorporate ingredients.
  • 16 Add flank steak to marinade and toss to coat all of the beef.
  • 17 Refrigerate in Ziploc bag for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • 18 Heat grill to a medium/hot fire.
  • 19 Remove meat from marinade and grill 6-8 minutes per side for medium rare. Add cooking time for a higher degree of doneness.
