  • 2 Cut into bit-size pieces.
  • 3 Toss while warm with onions, salt, pepper, & olive oil.
  • 4 Add vinegar.
  • 5 Toss again & cool at room temperature, NOT in refrigerator.
  • 6 Just before serving, toss again & add parsley & chives.
