1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Pour chocolate chips and pecan pieces in bottom of pie crust.
3. Beat butter and sugar together until creamy.
4. Add flour, salt, vanilla and cocoa, and mix.
5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until mixture is well-blended.
6. Mixture will be thick.
7. Pour batter into pie shell.
8. Bake 35-40 minutes until set.
9. Cool and cut into thin slices as this pie is VERY rich.
