1. Place strawberries in large bowl, 1T of Grand Marnier®, orange juice and sugar.
2. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
3. Just before serving, whip whipping cream to soft peak stage and then add vanilla, nutmeg and remaining Grand Marnier® the continue to beat until thickened.
4. At serving, spoon berries and juice over slices of cake and top with whipped cream.
