  • 1 Hard boil the eggs and then peel them.
  • 2 Cut the eggs in half (long ways) and put the hard yolks in a separate bowl. Put the white halfs, hole-up on a nice platter.
  • 3 Smoosh the egg yolks in the bowl
  • 4 Add some mayonaise: put in as much as needed to get a thick creamy texture. (remember that youa re putting two other liquidy items in that will thin out the yolks so don't put TOOOOO much but enough)
  • 5 Add some mustard (you can also add SPICY mustard if you like a little KICK) to make the mixture more yellow and add a little tang.
  • 6 Add about two-three teaspoons of sweet relish (or dill if you like really tangy)
  • 7 Mix it all together.
  • 8 Take a spoon and fill each yolk hole of the egg whites with your mixture.
  • 9 Spinkle a little paprika on the eggs for some spice.
  • 10 Make sure you don't add too much mayo or mustard or relish, your mizture will then be relly think and it's not as easy to deal with.
  • 11 Chill and ENJOY!!!!!
