  • 1 Using 2 sheets of pastry, line a lightly greased 28cm x 18cm slice tin.
  • 2 Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into pastry-lined tin, pressing down well.
  • 3 Using remaining pastry, cover the filling, trim edges and crimp. Use the pastry scraps to decorate the top.
  • 4 Glaze & cut a vent in pastry top.
  • 5 Bake in a moderate oven for 35 mins or until golden brown.
  • 6 Can be served hot or cold.
