  • 1 Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 Whisk flours, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • 3 Remove 1/4 cup of the mixture and mix with remaining brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • 4 Beat butter with white sugar. Add eggs one at a time.
  • 5 Beat in 1/3 of the flour, 1/3 of yogurt. Repeat twice more.
  • 6 Stir melted butter into the sugar/cinnamon mixture and sprinkle on top.
  • 7 Bake for 35-40 minutes, rotating halfway through baking.
