1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Whisk flours, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3. Remove 1/4 cup of the mixture and mix with remaining brown sugar and cinnamon.
4. Beat butter with white sugar. Add eggs one at a time.
5. Beat in 1/3 of the flour, 1/3 of yogurt. Repeat twice more.
6. Stir melted butter into the sugar/cinnamon mixture and sprinkle on top.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, rotating halfway through baking.
