  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic , bits
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sherry wine

  • 1 Cut steak into 1 x 1/2 inch strips. Mix with flour, pepper, salt and garlic.
  • 2 Add to crock pot with rest of ingredients. Cook on low for 5 hours.
  • 3 Stir occasionally.
  • 4 Last 1/2 hour, add 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese,cubed.
  • 5 Serve over cooked wide noodles.
