1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
3. Add vanilla, cranberries, pineapple, eggs, and salad oil.
4. Mix well.
5. Do not beat.
6. Pour mixture into a greased 10 inch tube pan (or 10 cup bundt pan).
7. Bake 1 hour or until done.
8. Cool and slice.
