  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows or 3/4 cup marshmallow
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2-1 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup coke
  • 6 tbsp coke
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 tbsp cocoa

  • 1 Mix together flour, sugar, and marshmallows; set aside.
  • 2 melt and bring to a boil margarine, oil, cocoa and coke.
  • 3 When mixture boils pour into flour mixture.
  • 4 Beat eggs, buttermilk, soda add to mix.
  • 5 Stir well.
  • 6 This batter will be thin.
  • 7 Bake at 350 degrees in greased 13x9-inch pan for 30 to 45 minutes.
  • 8 Frosting: Combine margarine, cocoa, coke. Heat to boiling point remove from heat.
  • 9 Add sugar and nuts. Spread on cake while hot!
