• 1/2 lb marshmallow
• 1 cup hot coffee
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla

• 1 Put marshmallows in double boiler.
• 2 Add coffee and salt-stirring,heat until smooth.
• 3 Chill until it begins to set.
• 4 Fold in stiffly whipped cream.
• 5 Add vanilla.
• 6 Chill until mixture will mound.
• 7 Serve in sherbert glasses.
