  • 1/2- cup miniature semi- sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 - cup chopped pecans

  • 1 Place egg white ina small bowl.let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes
  • 2 beat on mediium speed until spft peaks form
  • 3 gradually beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, on high until stiff peaks form
  • 4 fold in chocolate chips and pecans
  • 5 drop by rounded teaspoonsfuls 2 inches apart onto parchment paper - lined baking sheets
  • 6 bake at 250 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes or until firm to the touch
  • 7 turn oven off and let cookies dry in the oven for 1 1/2 hours
  • 8 carefully remove cookies from the parchment paper....
  • 9 store in airtight container
  • 10 yields 1 1/2 dozen cookies
