1. in pot, put 6 cups water, chicken buillion, tomatoes, okra, spices, chicken meat.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer.
3. In pan, put oil, sausage, and fresh vegetables.
4. Cook unitil sausage is browned and veggies are softening.
5. Add contents of pan to pot of liquid.
6. Simmer for 20 minutes.
7. Serve over rice.
