  • 1 In a large bowl, combine chicken and bread crumbs (or cracker crumbs).
  • 2 Add 2 slightly beaten eggs.
  • 3 In a small bowl, combine all spices including salt and pepper; mix well.
  • 4 Add cream of chicken soup; blend well.
  • 5 Pour into chicken/crumb mix.
  • 6 If mixture seems dry, add another slightly beaten egg.
  • 7 Shape into 6 patties.
  • 8 Fry in oil that has been preheated.
  • 9 Lightly brown on each side.
