1. For Crust: Combine in mixing bowl flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt, and baking soda.
2. Cut in butter until mixture is the size of small peas.
3. Add sour cream, a little at a time, stirring with fork until dough is moist enough to hold together.
4. Form into a ball.
5. Press onto bottom and sides of 12-inch round pizza pan.
6. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
7. Top with filling.
8. Sprinkle with topping.
9. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
10. Chicken Filling: Combine all ingredients; blend well.
11. Topping: Combine all ingredients except butter and water. Mix.
