1. Combine the black and red pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
2. Sprinkle evenly over chicken.
3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Top with chiles and cheese.
7. Cover and let stand 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts.
8. Sprinkle with additional paprika.
