  • 1 Sift the pancake mix and soy drink powder into a bowl
  • 2 Add flaxseed and mix
  • 3 Beat egg in a separate bowl, add water and beat
  • 4 Stir all ingredients into a smooth batter.
  • 5 Heat pan then pour in batter to cover the bottom pan
  • 6 Turn over when bubbles are all over and jelly like
  • 7 Drizzle some Maple syrup onto a warm plate
  • 8 Place pancake on the plate
  • 9 Spread the yogurt, add the grated apple, drizzle a little more Maple syrup
  • 10 Fold pancake and drizzle a little more Maple syrup over the top if you like it sweet. Enjoy :)
