• 3/4 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
• 1 tbsp instant minced onion
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
• 1 cup mild cheddar cheese (i like sharp in mine -- )

• 1 Brown meat and drain.
• 2 Mix barbeque sauce, onion, and sugar with meat.
• 3 Simmer.
• 4 Spread biscuits in ungreased cupcake pan.
• 5 Spoon mixture into biscuits.
• 6 Bake for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees.
• 7 Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven until cheese melts.
• 8 ENJOY!
