From The Art of Dutch Cooking. Ingredients:
2 lbs sorrel |
3 tablespoons butter |
3 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons raisins |
Directions:
1. Strip and wash sorrel. 2. Cook in a saucepan with no additional water, until wilted. 3. Drain, if necessary. 4. Stir in butter and sugar and simmer a few minutes. 5. Add raisins. |
