I found this recipe on the net per a recipe request. Let me know how it is please. Ingredients:
500 g chicken breasts, diced |
200 g mushrooms, diced |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon oil |
1/4 cup white wine |
1/4 cup cream |
2 teaspoons cream |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a medium fry pan over medium high heat and add diced chicken, stirring constantly until lightly browned. 2. Remove from pan. 3. Add the mushrooms with the lemon juice. 4. Saute for 1 minute. 5. Add the wine and cream. 6. Reduce heat to medium and return chicken to the pan. 7. Heat through and add salt and pepper to taste. |
