This is a clone of the Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana soup, and closely matches it. Ingredients:
1 lb italian sausage |
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1 white onion, diced |
2 teaspoons garlic, minced |
10 cups water |
5 chicken bouillon cubes |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
1 lb potato, sliced |
1/4 bunch kale |
Directions:
1. Saute the sausage; drain and let cool. 2. Saute garlic, onion and red pepper flakes. 3. Add bouillon and water; boil. 4. Add potatoes, and cook until almost tender. 5. Add chopped kale, and sausage, and serve. |
