Ingredients:
1 can(s) amy's organic light in sodium chunky tomato bisque (14.5 oz) |
1/3 cup(s) canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained |
1/2 cup(s) frozen ground-beef style soy crumbles (like boca or morningstar) |
1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
garnish with chopped parsley |
1/4 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon(s) reduced-fat parmesan style grated topping |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients except Parm-style topping and optional garnish to a pot, and bring to medium-high heat on the stove. Stirring occasionally, cook until crumbles have thawed and soup is hot. Top each serving with 1/2 tsp. Parm-style topping and, if you like, a little chopped parsley. 2. MAKES 2 SERVINGS |
