Zucchs and peppers - what kind of description do you need? Ingredients:
hot chili oil |
1 poblano pepper |
1 zucchini |
butter |
salt |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil on fairly high heat 2. Julienne the peppers and saute them until they ever so slightly begin to char 3. Slice the zucchini into thick rounds then cut in half across 4. Saute with butter and salt to my liking but only until they are heated through but not soft (they will end up firm but tender by the time you plate them) 5. That's it. Go away now. |
