Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup(s) flour |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg |
2 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon |
1 cup(s) brown sugar |
1 cup(s) organic sugar |
1 package(s) cream cheese or 1 cup of oil (veg) |
4 eggs beaten |
1/2 cup(s) water |
3 cup(s) grated zucchini |
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice |
1 cup(s) walnuts |
Directions:
1. Directions; Preheat oven at 350. 2. In a large mixer, combine all dry ingredients turn mixer on stir. Start adding wet ingredients one at a time and letting them mix well with the dry. After lemon juice has been added. Turn off mixer and fold in walnuts. 3. Bake in 2 standard loaf pans, sprayed with nonstick spray, for one hour. You could also use 5 mini loaf pans and bake for 45 minutes, or until tester comes out clean. |
