2 cups diced zucchini |
1/4 small onion |
1 cloves minced garlic |
1 cup diced tomato |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 dash pepper |
3 tbsp parmesian cheese |
1 tbsp soybean oil |
Directions:
1. Dice zucchini, slice onion thinly and add with minced garlic, salt and oil to frying pan and cook on medium heat stirring occasionally for 7-10 min or until zucchini and onion are slightly brown add tomato with juice and simmer for 3-4 min top with Parm cheese |
