Just like it says. Zucchini, walnut, sour cream pancakes. Where the recipe calls for pancake mix that can either be your average bisquick or the usual recipe you use (without liquids) for makin gpancakes from scratch. Ingredients:
1 1/3 c milk |
1 c sour cream |
2 eggs |
3 tbsp butter, melted |
2 c pancake mix |
1 c grated zucchini, squeezed dry |
1/3 c chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Combine the milk, sour cream, eggs, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix completely. 2. Add pancake mix and stir to blend. 3. Add zucchini and nuts. Stir lightly; mix should be lumpy. 4. Cook on a hot griddle. 5. Serve with butter and syrup. |
