Sweet and Savoury salad with added protein from the sunflower seeds Ingredients:
1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
2 zucchini, sliced long wise and chopped into 2-inch pieces |
1 teaspoon cumin |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 cup bean sprouts |
1 (8 ounce) can baby corn |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
Directions:
1. wash and prepare vegetables. 2. Heat oil in pan on medium. 3. add honey, spices and sauces. 4. add vegetables. 5. fry until soft. 6. pour sunflower seeds over and mix. |
