Zucchini Sticks With Lemon Aioli |

These are very yummy and the sauce was really good Ingredients:
3 large zucchini |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
2 cups breadcrumbs |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup mayo |
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest |
1 garlic clove minced |
Directions:
1. 1. Heat oven to 450 degrees f 2. 2. Trim the zucchini and cut crosswise in half and then cut into sticks. 3. 3. Add cheese to the breadcrumbs in a baggie shake to mix the in a bowl beat the eggs 4. 4. Add the zucchini to the egg and then place in the breadcrumbs and shake the bad until well coated and then place on a greased baking sheet you can use the cooking spray. 5. 5. Bake 12 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. 6. 6. In a bowl mix the mayo, lemon zest and garlic for the dip |
