appetizer Ingredients:
250 g minced beef |
1/4 cup fresh breadcrumb |
1/4 cup grated zucchini |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1/4 cup kraft* crunchy peanut butter |
1 tablespoon tomato sauce |
2 spring onions, finely chopped |
1 teaspoon vegemite |
satay sauce, to serve |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. 2. Shape into walnut sized balls. 3. Bake in a shallow, foil lined baking dish at 200°C for 20 minutes or until cooked through. 4. Serve with Satay Sauce. |
