What to do with zucchini from your garden quick and easy Ingredients:
1/2 of a large zucchini cubed and seeds removed |
1 box stove top stuffing mix chicken flavor |
1 10oz. can condensed cream of celery soup |
1 14oz. can salmon |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup milk |
11/2 cup shredded swiss cheese |
1 large shredded carrot |
Directions:
1. Line the bottom of a large casserole dish with zucchini 2. Add shredded carrot uniformly over zucchini 3. Next put dry unprepared stove top stuffing mix on top of zucchini/carrot layor 4. Drain can of salmon and remove skin and bones then mash up and spread evenly over top of stuffing mix 5. Combine 1 cup water, 1/2 cup milk and 1 can of cream of celery soup in a bowl and mix well 6. Pour soup mixture all over top of your now nearly complete casserole 7. Top off with 1 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese 8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes 9. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until cheese browns |
