This dish is simple, easy and elegant. I've served this at breakfast meetings, family gatherings and other special occasions. I keep copies on hand when I do, because everyone wants this recipe after they've had it! Read more ! I hope you enjoy it! Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 cup bisquick |
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1 medium onion, chopped |
3 cups shredded zucchini (food processor is a life saver for this!) |
1 teasp. garlic salt |
1 teasp. marjoram |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1/2 teasp. salt |
pepper to taste |
***may add browned sausage, chopped cook ham or other meat for variety. |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Pour into greased 9 or 10 pie plate, bake at 350 F for 35 - 45 minutes or until toothpick test is successful. 3. *I've also baked this in muffin tins, mini-bread loaf pans, even mini-muffin pans, I adjust the bake time accordingly for eash. Usually checking them after 12 - 15 minutes.* 4. I also make sour cream, salsa, and maple syrup available as condiments. (Personally I enjoy them best plain.) Enjoy! |
