Ingredients:
1 cup(s) all purpose flour |
2/3 cup(s) applesauce, no sugar added |
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1/3 cup(s) canola oil |
1 cup(s) crushed pineapple, drained |
3 eggs |
1/2 cup(s) raisins, chopped |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) sugar |
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
2 cup(s) whole wheat flour |
2 cup(s) zucchini, shredded |
Directions:
1. Combine both flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside. Beat eggs until frothy and then slowly add sugar. Stir in vanilla, oil, applesauce and mix well. Add pineapple and zucchini. Slowly add flour mixture and mix well. Add raisins. 2. Pour mixture into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. |
